Our three Princes Hill junior competition teams battle it out with a mixture of singles and doubles play on Saturday mornings. Junior competition is a fantastic way for emerging players to challenge themselves on the court, and build resilience as they navigate their wins and losses with their team-mates.

Competition
We continue to facilitate a busy schedule of social competition at the club through the North Suburban Night Tennis Association and the North Suburban Junior Tennis Association.
The NSNTA’s Autumn social doubles competition teams play on Wednesday and Thursday evenings.
Our junior teams, through the NSJTA competition are building their skills and resilience as they tackle competition in some cases for the first time.
Registration for the NSNTA spring season will be due in early June 2024. Places will be available for ladies’ Tuesday night competition. Limited places may become available for our mixed or men’s teams, however these positions may be subject to wait lists. Please contact Nathan at nathanilya@gmail.com if you are interested in playing in ladies’ Tuesday night competition. Demand for spaces is high, in coming seasons we will be asking participants to contribute a small fee towards balls and lighting costs.
NSNTA home games are at PHTC. Away games are every second week and can be between 10 mins to 40 minutes drive depending on the grade. See the NSNTA website for details of clubs and locations.

While we endured the toughness of lockdown, we decided we needed to give the Princes Hill Tennis Club family something to look forward to on returning to the courts.
And here they are… Our brand-new synthetic grass courts!! They are a mix of a beautiful red and green colour. They are soft on the knees, while still playing at a speed that will get you moving. We’ve also updated our nets and net poles to ensure all members get the highest quality tennis court. Enjoy!
